About Me

Hi, I’m Nicole Rivera a Long Island native who moved to New York City in 2018 with a big heart, a creative itch, and no idea that a dusty little Super 8 camera from a garage sale would change everything.

What started as pure curiosity quickly turned into a love for vintage film and the way it captures life so honestly. Super 8 isn’t about perfection it’s about feeling. The grain, the light leaks, the tiny imperfections… they make every moment feel alive, nostalgic, and real. Like a memory you can step back into.

I’m drawn to vintage film because it holds emotion in a way digital never quite can. It slows everything down. It makes you present. And it turns ordinary moments into something cinematic and timeless.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of filming everything from intimate courthouse weddings to large-scale celebrations, as well as deeply personal projects with people I love. No matter the size, every story matters. I approach each one with the same care capturing the quiet in-between moments just as much as the big, joyful ones.

My work is about more than just documenting a day it’s about preserving how it felt.

Raw. Romantic. Imperfect. Beautiful.

Welcome I’m so glad you’re here.
